JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Summary: 
Create and maintain an engineering and detailing schedule which allocates the workload to the correct individuals of our team based on current workload and timeframe. Responsible for communicating with members of the Project management team, as well as the preconstruction team and production team to create milestones and long-term schedules for engineering and detailing. 
 

Nature & Scope-Principal Areas of Responsibilities 
Develop a resource plan tool for engineering and detailing
Determine resource needs based on project load and future projects
Maintain Engineering and Detailing schedule including resource planning and allocation
Coordinate schedule (timing and delivery dates) with outsource engineering firms 
Work with preconstruction to set dates based on milestone schedule. 
Work with production to understand the pour schedule and update the Engineering and Detailing schedule to support out to shop dates
Work closely with the Engineering and Detailing team leaders to understand project status and give input to the production schedule. 
Communicate closely with Project Managers to keep milestone dates up to date and communicated to the Engineering and Detailing team. 
Track and drive closure to non-conformances (DRs) in engineering; maintain company data.
Be a resource for releasing shop tickets and material lists to production
Be a resource to gather missing information needed to execute design (example: contract documents, RFI, etc)
 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:
Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
2 Years of Experience in Supply Chain Management Preferred
